About Zakuropicks
Curated picks for everything worth your time.
What this is
Zakuropicks is a small, opinionated recommendation site. There is no infinite database and no user-generated ratings — only a short list of shows we have actually watched and would genuinely recommend to a friend.
How we pick
Every entry is chosen by hand. We weigh storytelling, pacing, and whether a show respects your time. Our score is an editorial opinion, not a viewer rating, and we say so on every page.
About the artwork
Every image on this site is original abstract illustration, drawn as vector artwork. We publish no posters, stills, or frame captures, because that artwork belongs to studios and licensors and republishing it is the fastest way for a small site to collect takedown notices.
How it is funded
Zakuropicks is independent and reader-supported through advertising. Ads never influence what we recommend, and we do not publish paid placements disguised as editorial picks.
